In this workshop, renowned Korean and international specialists in government, academia and research institutes will present their academic and policy-oriented research related to the prospects of Korean reunification and the economic consequences for the Korean peninsula and neighboring countries. They will share their insights through in-depth discussion of economic and security benefits and costs of unification and provide a direction for Korea’s policy towards reunification. This workshop will give an up to date assessment of current developments and their implications for North Korea and inter-Korean relations.
