The 26th Annual Conference on Global Economic Analysis, organized by the Centre for Global Trade Analysis of Purdue University, was held from 14 to 16 June 2023 in Bordeaux, France. This year’s conference focused on “Broadening Engagement in a Resilient and Sustainable International Trading System”.

There, our PhD scholar, Roshen Fernando, presented his work on the global economic consequences of the physical climate risks on agriculture and energy. He also received the Wallace E. Tyner Award for being a “promising young researcher undertaking policy-relevant research at the intersection of the economy, energy, and the environment”.
